The Omega CDC Stable Employment Case Management Program works to provide intensive, personalized case management services to the unemployed or underemployed men and women in the Northwest Dayton region.

Program Goals

  • Reduce and remove barriers to employment for the most difficult to employ individuals in Montgomery County.
  • Identify participants’ personal employment goals, and potential barriers to achieving their goals
  • Create an action plan to improve participants’ employability, and assist participants to execute their action plan
